|Crimes reported over the past seven days.
At 2.15pm on Thursday 14 December in Plainspot Road, Underwood, an attempt was made to enter a property by forcing the Patio Doors and damaging the lock. The offender was disturbed and made off.
At sometime in the past week, possibly on Thursday 7 December, in Skegby Road, Annesley Woodhouse, the lock was removed from a shed door to gain access. A generator fixed to the floor, a socket set and a wheelbarrow were stolen.
At 4.15am on Sunday 10 December in Plainspot Road, Brinsley, a detached garage was broken into. A men’s yellow and black Carrera racing bike was stolen.
Two males were disturbed and made off in a small white van.
Between 7.00pm on Tuesday 12 and 7.30am on Wednesday 13 December in Papplewick Grange, Papplewick, a garage was broken into and a red, white and black Demon X motocross bike, a red Toxic Quad bike, four push bikes and a quantity of tools were stolen.
Theft of motor vehicle
Between 5.00am and 9.00am on Saturday 9 December on the Tesco Extra Car Park, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, a silver Kymco Agility 50cc moped parked in the bike area near the cash machines was stolen.
At around 8.00am on Tuesday 12 December in Beardall Street, Hucknall, three males were disturbed while attempting to steal a chained up motorcycle and made off.
Theft from motor vehicle
Between 2.00pm and 2.20pm on Thursday 7 December on the Tesco Extra Car Park, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, a white Peugeot Partner van was entered. A jigsaw, 40m extension cable, various other tools and two bags containing clothes and paperwork were stolen.
At some time between Friday 8 December and 10.30 on Monday 11 December in Carr Farm Road, Annesley Woodhouse, a Citroen Berlingo van was broken into. Two sets of plumbing hand tools, a Makita screwdriver, a hammer drill and a DeWalt laser level were stolen.
Between 8.00am and 6.00pm on Tuesday 12 December in the car park at the Hucknall Tram Stop, Baths Lane, Hucknall, both number plates were stolen from a red Suzuki Alto.
Between 7.00pm on 12 and 7.00am 13 December in Willow Drive, Sherwood Business Park, Annesley, two Lorries and a Van parked in a compound, were entered by smashing windows. Furniture, including three piece suites, was stolen.
