I am writing to let you know about crime in the Leen Police Beat area during July 2017.
We have had 8 burglaries across the Leen beat area in the following locations:
Forster Street entry gained via insecure flat roof rear window, electrical items stolen.
Forster Street entry gained via insecure upstairs rear window, playstation3 and Samsung tablet stolen.
Grimston Road entry gained via insecure ground floor rear door, small safe containing £500 pounds stolen.
Bramcote Walk entry gained via insecure ground floor rear door, television stolen.
Norwood Road entry gained via insecure upstairs rear window, jewellery stolen.
Cotton House on Norwood Road forced entry, 3 bicycles stolen.
Glentworth Road entry gained via insecure front door, mobile phone stolen.
Hartley Road entry gained, mobile phone and laptop stolen.
We have had 5 reports of theft from/of motor vehicle on Wordsworth Road, Churchfield Lane and 3 of which on Midland Way.
We have had 5 offences of Criminal Damage on Cleveland Close, Hopedale Close, Norwood Road, Grimston Road and Radford Boulevard.
We have had 1 report for theft of bicycle at Lidl superstore on Midland Way.
We have had 2 reports of Robbery on Radford Boulevard and Saint Peters Street, both incidents mobile phones taken.
We have had no shed breaks.
